FLOW Fest Expo will be held at the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville. A special room block is available for exhibitors, presenters, partners and attendees.

GETTING TO FLOW FEST

    Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) Approximately 20–25 minutes from the venue.

  • BY CAR

    Conveniently located near I-26 and I-40 with easy access from throughout the Southeast.

  • PARKING

    Complimentary on-site parking is available at the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville.

ELECTRICAL + SHIPPING

Electrical service and shipping are handled directly through the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville. Both are included on the same venue form.

  • Electrical

    We originally planned to collect electrical orders through FLOW Fest, but the venue has since asked that all electrical orders be submitted directly to the hotel.

    Please order in advance. Orders received less than 3 days before move-in may be subject to additional charges.

    We highly recommend copying info@flowfestexpo.com when submitting your order. This allows us to keep track of requests and help make sure electrical service reaches your booth.

    PACKAGE HANDLING FEES

    $5 per box
    $150 per pallet

    Pallets and oversized shipments must be arranged with the hotel in advance. Additional storage or handling charges may apply.

    IMPORTANT SHIPPING REMINDERS

    • Keep your tracking numbers until your shipments have been received.

    • Exhibitors are responsible for arranging pickup of outgoing shipments after the Expo.

    • All packages can be picked up at the hotel front desk.

    Nonprofit badges will display the organization's name rather than individual names.

    Have volunteers working different shifts? Simply leave the badge at Exhibitor Registration, and the next volunteer can pick it up when they arrive.
