FLOW Fest Expo grew from years spent working in the fly fishing and outdoor industries and a shared belief that there was an opportunity to create something new.

We wanted to build an event that brings fly fishing together with the broader outdoor community while creating more opportunities for people to participate, learn and connect. An event where casting, tying, art, makers, conservation, travel, wellness and outdoor experiences could all exist under one roof.

That idea became FLOW Fest Expo. Built by a small team with deep roots in the industry and a genuine love for this community, FLOW is about bringing people together and creating an experience that feels welcoming, engaging and a little different from what has come before.

Emily Mauri

Emily Mauri has spent nearly two decades working in the fly fishing industry, with a background spanning event production, marketing, media and community building. After years of helping bring large-scale fly fishing events to life, she helped create FLOW Fest Expo with a vision of connecting fly fishing to the broader outdoor community and building an event centered around experiences, participation and people.

Captain Michael Mauri

Captain Michael Mauri has spent nearly three decades in the fly fishing industry, with extensive experience fishing, guiding and producing fly fishing events throughout the United States and Europe. At FLOW Fest Expo, Michael oversees presentations and speakers while helping shape the show floor and overall event experience. His combination of time on the water and behind the scenes brings an angler’s perspective to how FLOW is planned and produced.

Cat Loos

Cat Loos brings a strong combination of outdoor event experience and extensive business expertise to FLOW Fest Expo. As FLOW’s Accounts Manager, she oversees the financial side of the event while also contributing to business operations, planning and strategy. Her experience helps keep the details organized, the bigger picture in focus and FLOW positioned for thoughtful, sustainable growth.

Emma Drew

Emma Drew brings a lifelong connection to fly fishing and a fresh perspective to the FLOW Fest Expo team. She has been fly fishing since the age of four and has several years of experience working in the fly fishing industry and at outdoor events. As FLOW’s Social Media Manager, Emma helps tell the story of the event, connect with the community and bring the FLOW experience to life online.
